Lincoln City 10k
The Lincoln City 10k was the first of many races Beau plans this year. He set a goal of sub 50 minutes and beat that by almost 2 minutes, averaging 7:50 per mile for the 6.2 mile race. The fastest Beau has run that distance since taking up the sport three years ago! The course was a bit hilly but overall a great time. This was the 3rd annual Lincoln City 10k with over 400 runners taking part in the event! Harrison was the big winner getting Daddy's race medal! We hope you all had a great weekend, take care and look forward to seeing everyone soon.
Lincoln City trip
We drove up to Lincoln City this weekend for Beau's 10k race. We were lucky enough to get a hotel right on the beach with a baloney and awesome view. Harrison had run flying his new airplane kite. After hanging out on the beach we ate dinner at one of our favorite spots in town, Kyllo's. Later on Daddy and Harrison took in some hot tub and pool action. After a long day of vacationing back to the room for some R&R. :) The weather couldnt have been any better, mid 50's no rain or wind and plenty of sunshine!
Devils Punch Bowl
We stopped at the Devils Punch bowl on our way to Lincoln City this weekend. It's a bowl shaped rock formation that has be carved out over hundreds of years by the incoming tide. What a great place, we'll definitely be back to spend more time there!
Happy Birthday Yvonne!
We had a great time for Yvonne's birthday. Ate cake at the house before heading to Eugene for Red Lobster, then a little shopping this weekend at the Lincoln City outlet mall. Happy Birthday!
